Evolution unvented cylinders offer mains pressure water heating and are available in capacities from 100 to 300 litres. They are manufactured from high-grade stainless steel and offer high levels of corrosion resistance for a long life. The design of the primary coil and cold water controls gives fast re-heat and good flow rates. Evolution cylinders provide mains pressure showering and are suitable for use in both new build and refurbishment schemes, and for domestic or commercial applications.

The cylinders have 50mm of foam to provide improved insulation standards. Outer casings are finished in white plastisol with white high impact thermoplastic moulded top and bottom covers.

Evolution cylinders are manufactured in the UK in an ISO 9001:2000 factory with each unit being pressure tested to 15 bar to ensure maximum safety. All evolution units have integrated thermostatic controls and thermal cut outs for both direct and indirect heating. A factory fitted temperature and pressure relief valve provides a further level of thermal safety.

In order to give easy access to the cylinder during installation all of the plumbing and electrical connections are located at the front of the unit. In addition the electrical connections are made to an integrated wiring centre which allows for a neater and simpler installation. Plumbing connections are 22mm compression.

The evolutions heat exchanger has a coil in coil design which allows for a fast re-heat when water is used. Situated at the base of the unit, the heat exchanger ensures nearly all of the water is heated.
