DELIVERY ZONE 'Z' - Free Delivery except Restricted Goods

DELIVERY ZONE Z ONLY
* PHOTO ID MUST be produced on all Deliveries made in ZONE 'Z' of the mapped area below
* Customers will be issued with a unique reference number that MUST be quoted to the driver before goods can be released
* Failure to comply with the above will result in your goods being returned to our depot
* Payment must be made by CREDIT / DEBIT CARD ONLY (Chip and Pin)

We deliver in different areas of the UK on given days of the week. When placing your ordered you will be advised of your estimated delivery day. Usually all goods are delivered 2-5 days maximum.

Deliveries within Zone 'A' can be given a delivery 'window' of approximately 2 hours to save you waiting around all day. We will always endeavour to keep to our time slots, but cannot be held responsible for drivers who have been held up with uncertain circumstances such as traffic etc.

We cannot be held responsible for any delays should you have your installer on your premises waiting to fit the required goods. Please do not arrange an installer for fitting on the intended delivery day as we can not be held responsible for any time delay.

We can also ask our drivers to call you in advance when they are within 1 hour should this also help you.

Zone Z - We are sorry but items that are marked 'Restricted Delivery' cannot be delivered inside Zone 'Z'.

Zone Z - Radiators upto 1200mm long can be delivered inside Zone 'Z'. A delivery charge may apply depending on location. Access to the delivery address must be good and help must be available to the delivery driver. Pallets will be delivered to what is deemed by the driver as as close as reasonably possible. Drivers will not deliver inside property.

Our drivers will deliver to inside your Property or Garage - Ground Floor. We are sorry but we are unable to deliver up flights of stairs in any circumstances.
Next Day Delivery Available Terms and Conditions Next Day Delivery Available

Certain items you may see marked 'Next Day Delivery Available'. These items are usually available for immediate despatch for delivery Monday to Saturday in Zones 'A and Z'.

Orders must be placed before approx 1pm on the day of dispatch.

There is a charge for urgent Next Day Deliveries of £20.00.

Next Day Delivery - Morning Deliveries (before 2pm) are available for £30.00. (Not available to remote locations)

Next Day Delivery Saturday Deliveries are available for £40.00. (Not available to remote locations)

Please note we cannot be held responsible should , for whatever reason the goods do not arrive on the intended day due to an error from any of our third party companies. Proof of 'Next Day Despatch' by ourselves covers our commitment to you. Please do not arrange an installer for fittings on the intended delivery day as we will not be held responsible should goods not arrive on time.
