Please note that for us to accept your order we require you to read and understand the following information.

1. Payment for items to be delivered in Zone 'C' can ONLY be made by DEBIT CARD.

2. On placing of your order we will contact you with a UNIQUE DELIVERY REFERENCE number. This is your order reference number and is very important. This number MUST be quoted to the Delivery Driver in order for him to release your goods on delivery. Failure to provide this will result in a failed delivery.

3. Please note that PHOTO ID (UK Passport or UK Driving License) must be produced on delivery. On Delivery we will need to confirm photo ID and your UNIQUE DELIVERY REFERENCE number before the driver releases your goods.

4 . IMPORTANT - Please mark the goods 'UNCHECKED'.
If you sign for the goods without this then you will have NO way of claiming if the goods are at all damaged.

5. Please open your boxes carefully without ripping or tearing anything. You may need the box should anything need returning.

6. Please briefly check your goods. Any transit damage MUST be reported within 24 HOURS of the exact delivery time. Damage reported after this again cannot be claimed for. Discount Central Heating cannot and will not be held responsible for any damages if the above is not adhered to, as these are the terms we have to relate to from our Delivery Services.

7. Once you understand the above procedure you can close this box and fill in the order form or ring our Sales Team.
