We accept Credit and Debit Card payments and in some circumstances you can also pay Credit / Debit Card on Delivery (Chip & Pin) or Cash on Delivery. Please note that for online or phone payments the Card that the goods have been paid with must be present at the Delivery as PIN number will be verified (Chip and Pin). Goods must be delivered to registered card address unless paying on delivery.

Please do not schedule or commence any installation work until after you have received your order and checked all the goods for any defects or missing parts. This will enable you to resolve any technical questions or to order specific additional fittings as necessary.

1. General Conditions
1.1 - These conditions shall come into force upon our acceptance of your order.

2. Prices and Special Offers
2.1 - Prices and Special Offers are subject to change without prior notice. Although price changes are inevitable, all our prices remain fixed once we accept your order. When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

3. Identification of Products and Parts
3.1 - It is the duty of you the Customer to order the correct part or product and we emphasise that you choose your items correctly and carefully. Discount Central Heating shall deliver the part, parts or products ordered and accepts no responsibility for inaccurate advice supplied by or to you by another party in the identification of the part or product required. Any wrong parts ordered may be returned under the Consumer Protection ( Distance Selling ) Regulations 2000. The cost of the return of the products will usually be passed on to you.
3.2 - Photographic images on our website are solely for aesthetic purposes and should not be used in the identification of part. If not sure, please do not order by picture alone.

4. Website Accuracy
4.1 - Our website design team work extremely hard to make sure our website is as accurate as possible and in order to achieve this our website is updated on most days. However we cannot guarantee the accuracy of information supplied, especially such things as Manufacturers specifications, dimensions etc which may change without prior notice. We endeavour to check specifications and prices periodically to update our website accordingly.
4.2 - Pictures of products are as a representation only and should be used only as a guide. Specifications and/or colours of products may change without prior notice. Photographic images on our website are solely for aesthetic purposes and should not be used in the identification of part. If not sure, please do not order by picture alone.
4.3 - In the unlikely event of there being a pricing error, we are sorry but we will not be bound to honour the mistaken price.

5. Collections and Deliveries
5.1 - Any Collection or Delivery times quoted are estimated only and we can not be held responsible for late deliveries or complete delivery failures due to circumstances out of our control. Such instances include deliveries by third party carriers or by transport problems and compensation is not claimable should this arise.
5.2 - We cannot be held responsible for late deliveries where you the customer have already started installation and might be awaiting our delivery. We strongly recommend that you do NOT commence installation until you have received and checked your goods.
5.3 - Any arrangements made for deliveries or collections by third party couriers are solely the responsiblity of the customer. Proof of despatch passes the responsibility to the customer.
5.4 - We aim to deliver all orders within 2-5 working days if the goods are in stock. If the goods you order are Out of Stock we will contact you to inform you of a delivery date.
5.5 - ALL goods must be checked for any OBVIOUS transport damage and reported to us by email or by submitting a form from our website within 24 hours. Any damages not reported within 24 hours CANNOT be claimed for.

6. Cancellation
6.1 - Subject to receiving written notice by E-mail, Fax or Post, Customers have a 7 working day cancellation period commencing from the day after delivery of your Goods. All goods must be returned within 21 days of Delivery, undamaged, in original packaging and in a perfect re-saleable condition. Should you wish us to collect the goods, we reserve the right to charge the cost of the collection.
6.2 - Any orders classified as 'Special Orders' cannot be cancelled once ordered.

7. Refunds and Returns Policy
7.1 - Any refunds will only be authorised after the goods have been returned within the set period and all goods have been checked and are complete, totally unopened, and in a perfect re-saleable condition. Notification of intent to return goods must be received by email within 14 days of delivery. You then have another 14 days to return the goods. Should you wish us to collect the goods then a collection charge will be issued. Goods returned Unopened in fully resaleable condition will receive a full refund less any collection costs incurred.
7.2 - Due to the nature of the goods we sell, any goods opened cannot be refunded.
7.3 - Orders classed as 'Special Orders' ie they have to be ordered in for you will not be refunded as unfortunately we are not able to send them back to Manufacturer.
7.4 - Over ordering of flue kits or accessories unused will not be refunded.
7.5 - Any incorrectly ordered thermostats or clocks will not be refunded due to the small nature of components fitted inside these units.

8. Damage and Claims etc
8.1 - The Delivered Goods shall be examined by you the Customer 'as soon as reasonably practical,' and no claim will be entertained unless notice is received by e-mail, fax or writing within seven days of delivery.
8.2 - We at Discount Central Heating accept no responsibility for damage or missing parts / wrong goods that are only noticed on the day of installation causing a delay in your installation time. Any damaged goods must be reported within 24 hours and must not be fitted. We also take no responsibility for Installers Fee's or any other Fee's that may arise from such circumstances.
